Below is the complaint we received about Wild Vegas Casino

Message:

I used a bonus code they had provided & was given $100 to play with. & I read their terms & conditions & I also understood them completely. They were to meet wage requirement of $3000.00. & after I had played through &/or wanted to cash out monies won after their requirement of $3000.00, they required a min withdrawal of $100. I played or had won over $1000.00 of the $3000.00 required by Wild Vegas Online Casino, & then I won $3000.00 and another $1000.00 in bonus spins of game I was playing. I have used bonus codes with MANY USA online casinos & so I new close to $2000.00 of my $4000.00 won would b taken from my balance. So I was waiting & watching for that to happen. Well this shady casino took ALL my money, EXCEPT for $100.00. I tried talking to them and expressed over & over that according to their terms and conditions of play through requirements, they should of left me with a lil over $2000.00 & not the minimum withdrawal amount of $100.00. They wouldn’t look into it or acknowledge my actual complaint. They just gave me the same answer over & over. & that was the computer does it automatically & they have terms & conditions and wager requirements & that I had used consecutive bonus codes. (I used two) and that is listed anywhere in their terms & conditions of how many bonus codes your allowed to use. I’ve used many bonus codes & have requested a withdrawal (never have I won this much) between $400.00 & $100..00. & those casinos only took from my balance exactly what their terms & conditions had said & I received my payment requested. I just think it was very unfair to me as a guest of their casino. I did nothing wrong but meet the requirements of their terms & conditions they had set for the bonus codes they issue. All I did win $2000.00 & they think they have the right to just take it away from me just like that & leave me $100.00 and not even meeting their own terms & conditions. But they sure expected me to & everyone else playing or gambling in their online shady casino. Please help me resolve this matter. I won that money fair & square. & they had no right to just yank it all away but $100.00.
