Message:
I have played golden lady casino for some time now. I played on Thursday Feb 10 2016 and won the alloted max cashout of $250.00. Requested a withdrawal and then reversed it. Since Thurs. Feb 11th my account has been LOCKED. The programmed response that comes back to me is that I am using the incorrect password and to contact support. I am NOT using the incorrect password and no one will respond to me either by email, live chat, or phone. I have funds in my account there and something is going on that is not right and need to find out what it is.
We contacted the casino and they replied within an hour saying the account was now unlocked and everything was fine. We contacted the player and they confirmed. Case closed.
